How fast will I hear back?

Usually the same day, and always within 24 hours. I'm the only person answering, so there's no ticket queue and no bot.

Can we talk on a call?

Yes. Send a message with a few times that suit you and I'll set up a Zoom or Google Meet call. Everything's done remotely.

What should I include?

The domain you're interested in and, if you have one, the price you've got in mind. If you're a company, say what you're building. It helps me give you a straight answer faster.

I can't log in to my partner or seller account. What now?

Pick "The partner program" or "Selling on the marketplace" above and write from the email you signed up with. I'll send you a temporary password, and you can change it in your dashboard.

Is my message private?

Yes. It only reaches me, it isn't shared with partners or other owners, and it's never used for marketing.
