1. Who you're buying from
Portfolio names (the domains on the homepage and under /domains/) are owned and sold by Muhammad Younus, a solo domain investor. You'll deal with me personally from your first message to the transfer. There's no broker, agency or sales team in between.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you make an offer or a buy request on this site, and to any sale that follows, including a sale agreed by email after you first contacted me here. The domain policy, the refund policy and the privacy policy are part of these terms. By sending an offer or buy request, you confirm that you're 18 or older and that you've read them.
3. Prices
- Prices are in US dollars. The price shown on a domain is its buy-now price.
- A launch price is valid until the date shown next to it. After that date, the regular price applies, and it's shown on the page from then on.
- Prices don't include the Escrow.com fee (see section 8) or any tax your own country charges on the purchase.
- I can change a price at any time before a sale is agreed. A change doesn't affect a deal we've already agreed in writing.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious mistake, such as a missing zero, I'll tell you and you can decide whether to continue at the right price.
4. Offers and buy requests
- You can send an offer at any amount, or a buy request at the listed price. Some names show a minimum offer, and offers below it can't be accepted.
- Each form asks you to confirm your email, and refuses temporary or disposable addresses, so I can be sure I'm replying to a real person.
- An offer is an invitation to talk, not a contract. I can accept it, counter it or decline it, and I'll reply to every genuine offer, usually within one business day.
- Your offer stays open for 7 days unless you tell me otherwise. You can withdraw it by email at any time before we've both agreed the escrow terms.
- A buy request at the listed price is accepted as long as the domain is still available and no other sale is already under way.
5. When a deal becomes binding
A sale is agreed when we've both accepted the same Escrow.com transaction terms: the domain, the price, who pays the escrow fee and the inspection period. Until then, either of us can walk away without owing anything. Emails and messages before that point, including "sounds good", are negotiation, not a contract.
6. When more than one buyer wants the same name
If two buyers agree to buy the same domain at around the same time, the first one to fund their escrow transaction gets it. The other buyer's escrow is cancelled and Escrow.com returns their money. I'll tell both of you straight away, and I won't start a second escrow for a domain while one is already funded.
7. Payment through Escrow.com
- Every sale is paid through Escrow.com. I never ask for a direct bank transfer, crypto payment, card payment or cash for a domain.
- Escrow.com holds your money until you've confirmed the domain is in your account. Only then is it released to me.
- You'll receive the escrow invitation from Escrow.com itself. Check the domain, price and my name on it inside your own Escrow.com account before you pay.
- If anyone asks you to pay for one of these domains any other way, it isn't me. Don't pay, and please tell me.
8. Fees and taxes
Escrow.com charges a fee for each transaction. We agree who pays it, you, me or half each, before the transaction is set up, and it's written into the escrow terms. There are no other fees from me. Any tax, duty or registrar charge in your own country, including the cost of renewing the domain after you own it, is yours to pay.
9. The transfer
- Once Escrow.com confirms your payment, I'll send the .si authorisation code or push the domain to your registrar account within one business day.
- You'll need an account with a registrar that manages .si domains. If you haven't got one, ask me and I'll point you to some.
- You'll need to give the registry accurate holder details that match your ID, as the .si registry requires under the EU NIS2 rules. The domain policy explains the registry rules and each step of the transfer.
- I'll stay available until the transfer's finished and help with anything on my side.
10. Inspection and acceptance
After the transfer, Escrow.com gives you an inspection period to check the domain is in your registrar account and under your control. When you confirm it, or when the inspection period ends without a complaint, the funds are released and the sale is complete. From that point the domain is yours, and the sale is final. If something's wrong during the inspection period, don't accept. Tell me and Escrow.com, and the money stays held while it's fixed.
11. If something goes wrong
If I can't transfer the domain for any reason, the escrow transaction is cancelled and your money comes back through Escrow.com. If that happens because of something on my side, I'll also cover the escrow fee you paid. The refund policy has the details, including what happens if you change your mind after paying escrow.
12. Marketplace names
- Domains on the marketplace belong to other owners, not to aidomains.si. Each owner proved control of their domain with a DNS record before the listing went live, and every listing was reviewed by hand.
- Offers on marketplace names come to me first. I pass serious ones to the owner and, once you both agree, help set up the Escrow.com transaction between you and the owner. I don't take a commission on these sales.
- The owner is the seller. The escrow, transfer and acceptance rules above still apply, with the owner in my place: you pay Escrow.com, never the owner directly, and the money's released only once the domain's in your account.
- I'm not a party to a marketplace sale and can't promise the owner's performance, but if an owner doesn't deliver, escrow returns your money and I'll remove that owner's listings.
13. Information on this site
Search volumes, cost-per-click figures, twin-domain prices and registry statistics come from the sources named on each page, on the dates shown. They're there to give context about the words in a name. They aren't a valuation, a forecast of traffic or income, or financial advice, and they can change after they were collected.
14. What I promise, and what I don't
For every portfolio name I sell, I promise that:
- I'm the registered holder and have the right to sell it;
- to my knowledge, it isn't the subject of any legal dispute or registry action;
- I haven't agreed to sell it to anyone else.
Beyond that, domains are sold as they are. I don't promise any particular value, traffic, resale price or search ranking, and I don't promise that your planned use won't conflict with someone's trademark in your market. Please check that yourself, with a lawyer if the name matters to your business.
15. Liability
My total liability to you for any sale is limited to the price you paid for that domain. I'm not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or the cost of a rebrand. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud.
16. Using this site fairly
Please don't send fake offers, use someone else's email, try to break the site's security, or copy the site's content to sell the same domains as if they were yours. I may block anyone who does, and refuse their offers.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where I live and run this site. If a disagreement comes up, email me first, and we'll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, will decide it.
If you're buying as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there. Disputes about a payment held in escrow follow Escrow.com's own dispute process.
18. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when I do. A sale that's already agreed in escrow keeps the terms that applied when it was agreed.
