Partner Program Terms: 10% Commission

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
One account per person. Your name and email must be real, and the email is checked when you sign up.
You can't join to buy a domain for yourself, your company or anyone you're buying for. The program pays for introducing new buyers, not for discounts.
I can decline or close an account that doesn't meet these terms.

2. What you earn

You earn 10% of the final sale price of any domain in the main portfolio (the names on the homepage and under /domains/) that's bought by a buyer credited to you under section 3. "Final sale price" means the price the buyer actually pays for the domain, excluding the Escrow.com fee and any tax. If a buyer negotiates the price down, your commission is 10% of the lower price. If they pay more than the listed price, it's 10% of that.

Domains on the marketplace belong to other owners, who pay a listing fee and no commission, so referrals to marketplace names don't earn a commission. Your link still works on those pages. It just won't earn on them.

3. How referrals are credited

Your link sets a first-party cookie called aff that lasts 30 days from the buyer's last click on a partner link. If they later click another partner's link, the later click wins.
If the buyer sends an offer or buy request through the site while your cookie is active, that buyer is credited to you for 365 days from that request.
A sale is credited to you if the same buyer email buys any portfolio domain within those 365 days, whether they buy through the site or by replying to email.
If a buyer had already contacted me before your link was used, the earlier contact takes priority, and no commission is due.
If the buyer's browser blocks or deletes cookies, the site can't see your link, and the offer can't be credited to you. If you believe a buyer came from you anyway, tell me before the sale and show me how, and I'll look at it fairly.

4. When and how you're paid

Commission becomes payable when Escrow.com releases the buyer's funds to me.
It's paid in USDT to the wallet saved in your dashboard, on the network you chose (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Polygon or Solana), on the same day the funds are released, or the next business day if the release happens late in the day.
I pay the network fee for the transfer, so you receive the full commission.
Check your wallet address and network carefully. Crypto payments can't be reversed, so a payment sent to the address and network saved in your dashboard counts as paid, even if the address was wrong. You can change it at any time before a payout.
If a sale is cancelled or refunded before the funds are released, no commission is due.
There's no minimum payout. Every commission is paid on its own, as soon as it's due.

5. Taxes

You're responsible for reporting and paying any tax on your commission in your own country. I don't deduct tax, and I can give you a record of every payout on request.

6. How to promote the domains

You can share your link anywhere people have agreed to hear from you: your own website, social media, newsletters, and groups whose rules allow it.
You're welcome to use the banners and messages in the partner kit. You can resize or translate them, but keep the prices and facts accurate, and update them if a price changes.
Say you earn a commission when you share your link, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." Many countries' advertising laws require it, and buyers trust it more.
Describe the domains honestly. The facts and sources on each domain page are the ones to use.

7. What isn't allowed

Referring yourself, your company, or anyone buying on your behalf.
Spam: unsolicited emails, direct messages or posts in groups that don't allow them.
Fake reviews, misleading claims about the domains, invented discounts, or claims of traffic or value that aren't on the domain pages.
Pretending to be the seller, speaking for aidomains.si, or using a name, email or page that makes people think you're me.
Bidding on other companies' trademarks in paid search ads, or on "aidomains" as a keyword.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, or any trick that credits you without a real referral.
Taking payment, deposits or personal details from buyers. Every buyer pays Escrow.com, never a partner.

8. You aren't my agent

You're an independent partner, not my employee, agent or broker. You can't accept offers, agree prices, promise discounts, make commitments about a transfer or take money on my behalf. Send interested buyers to the domain page or to me, and I'll handle everything from there.

9. Your dashboard and records

Your dashboard shows clicks, offers and sales credited to you. Buyer emails are partly hidden for their privacy. Records in the aidomains.si database are the reference if there's a disagreement, and you can ask for a full breakdown of any sale by email. If you think a sale was credited wrongly, tell me within 60 days of the payout and I'll check it with you.

10. Pausing, ending and clawbacks

If you break section 7, I can pause your account while I look into it, and cancel commission that hasn't been paid yet on the sales involved.
If a commission was paid on a sale that turns out to be self-referred or fraudulent, I can ask for it back or deduct it from later commissions.
You can close your account at any time by emailing me. Commission that's already payable will still be paid, and buyers you referred in the 365 days before you left stay credited to you.
I can end the program with 30 days' notice. Commission on sales credited to you before it ends is still paid.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change with 14 days' notice on this page and by email to active partners. Changes don't affect commission already earned or buyers already credited to you.

12. Liability

My total liability to you under this program is limited to the commission you've earned and not yet been paid. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where I live and run the program. If a disagreement comes up, such as how a sale was credited, email me first, and we'll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, will decide it. If you're acting as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
