Seller terms

Last updated 27 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you, the seller, and Muhammad Younus, who runs the aidomains.si marketplace. By creating a seller account or listing a domain, you accept them, along with the domain policy, the refund policy and the privacy policy. Contact: hello@aidomains.si.

1. Who can sell here

  • You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
  • You must own the .si domains you list, or have the owner's written permission to sell them. If you sell for a company, you confirm you're allowed to act for it.
  • One account per person or company. Don't create extra accounts to get more free listings.
  • Your name and email must be real. The email is checked when you sign up, and temporary or disposable addresses aren't accepted.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and use one you don't use anywhere else. You're responsible for what happens in your account. After 8 wrong passwords an account locks for 30 minutes, to protect it from guessing. If you forget your password, use the reset link on the login form, or email me from your account address and I'll reset it for you. If you think someone else has got into your account, tell me straight away.

3. What you can list

  • Only .si domains. Subdomains and other extensions aren't accepted.
  • No names that copy or trade on someone else's brand, pretend to be an official body, or promote anything illegal. The domain policy has the full list.
  • Your pitch and description must be true. Don't claim traffic, revenue, rankings, appraisals or offers you can't back up, and don't use another brand's name to attract buyers.
  • You can list up to 50 domains at a time. Email me if you need more.

4. Proving you own the domain

Each listing gives you a TXT record to add to the domain's DNS. The site checks for it, and the listing moves on to payment and review once it's found. Keep the record in place while the domain is listed. I may check it, or the registry, at any time, and a listing whose record has gone can be paused until you add it back.

5. Review and approval

I review every listing by hand before it goes live, and I aim to do it within 2 business days. I can approve a listing, ask you to change something, or reject it. If I reject it, I'll tell you why. A rejected listing doesn't use up your free one, and a paid listing that I reject is refunded in full.

6. Fees

  • Your first approved listing is free.
  • Every other listing costs a one-time $4.99, paid in your dashboard in USDT on one of the networks shown there, or by card through Stripe when card payments are on.
  • The fee covers the listing for as long as you own the domain and the marketplace runs. There's no renewal fee, and if you take a listing down and put the same domain back later, you won't pay again.
  • There's no commission on sales. Escrow.com charges its own fee, which you and the buyer agree before the deal starts.
  • When the fee is refunded, and when it isn't, is set out in the refund policy. In short: a rejected listing, a duplicate payment or a change of mind within 14 days gets your money back.

7. How offers reach you

  • Buyers send offers and buy requests through aidomains.si. Their email is checked, and the form is protected against bots.
  • I screen them and pass serious ones to you by email with the amount and anything useful the buyer said.
  • You decide whether to accept, counter or decline. I don't negotiate on your behalf unless you ask me to, and I can't accept an offer for you.
  • When you and the buyer both want to go ahead, I'll introduce you to each other by email and help set up the Escrow.com transaction.
  • A buyer who pays your listed price through escrow expects the sale to go ahead, so keep your price and minimum offer current.

8. Closing a sale

  • Every sale to a buyer introduced through aidomains.si runs through an Escrow.com transaction between you and the buyer.
  • Once Escrow.com confirms the buyer has paid, you transfer the domain within 2 business days, by sending the authorisation code or pushing it to the buyer's registrar account.
  • You receive the money from Escrow.com when the buyer confirms the transfer. aidomains.si never holds your money or the buyer's.
  • If you agree a sale and then don't transfer, the buyer's money is returned by escrow, and your listings and account here are removed.

9. Staying on the platform

Please don't take a buyer I've introduced off the platform to avoid escrow, or sell to them privately after they found you here. It puts the buyer at risk, it breaks the promise every listing makes, and it ends your listings here. There's no commission to avoid anyway: the only reason for this rule is to keep buyers safe.

10. Keeping listings accurate

  • If you sell the domain elsewhere or stop owning it, take the listing down in your dashboard straight away.
  • You can change your price, minimum offer or pitch, or remove a listing, whenever you like, free of charge. Changes to the pitch may be reviewed again.
  • You're free to list the same domain on other marketplaces too. Just keep this listing up to date.

11. Your promises to me and to buyers

For every domain you list, you promise that you own it or are authorised to sell it, that it isn't under a legal dispute or registry action you haven't told me about, and that everything in your listing is true. If a claim is made against aidomains.si because one of those promises wasn't true, you agree to cover the reasonable costs it causes.

12. Removing listings and closing accounts

I can pause or remove a listing, or close an account, if it breaks these terms or the domain policy, if a buyer reports a real problem that checks out, or if a domain's ownership can't be confirmed. Where I can, I'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. You can close your account at any time by emailing me, and your listings come down with it.

13. Your data

I keep your name, email, your listings and any offers on them, as described in the privacy policy. Buyers don't see your name or email until you both agree to go ahead with a deal, and you don't see theirs until then either.

14. Liability

aidomains.si lists your domain and passes on offers. It isn't a party to the sale between you and the buyer. Its total liability to you is limited to the listing fees you've paid. It isn't liable for indirect losses, such as a sale that didn't happen. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where I live and run this marketplace. If a disagreement comes up, email me first, and we'll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, will decide it. If you're acting as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Disputes between you and a buyer about a payment held in escrow follow Escrow.com's own dispute process.

16. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. I'll give 14 days' notice on this page and by email to sellers with live listings, except for changes the law requires sooner. Changes never take away a lifetime listing you've already paid for, and they don't affect a sale already in escrow.
